Bio/Description
Jonathan Kastellec is a professor in the Department of Politics at Princeton University. His research and teaching interests are in American political institutions, with a particular focus on judicial politics and the politics of Supreme Court nominations and confirmations. His research has been published in the American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, the Journal of Politics, the Journal of Law, Economics & Organization, the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, and Political Research Quarterly. He received his B.A. (2000) from Georgetown University and his M.A. (2004) and Ph.D. (2009) from Columbia University.
